The Story

On her seventh birthday, Julia, a young girl from a small town, is determined to hike Lookout Mountain, a goal she had always set for herself. After years of hearing "maybe when you're older," she feels ready but is filled with doubt when the day arrives. Despite her accomplishments—winning a spelling bee, scoring a soccer goal, and facing fears—she hesitates, unsure if she's truly old enough. When her best friend Olivia, also hiking for the first time, gets stuck near the rock tower on the mountain, Julia feels compelled to help her. As Julia climbs the mountain, she faces several challenges: jumping across large rocks, crossing a stream, and walking through a dark, eerie forest. With each obstacle, she reminds herself that Olivia needs her. Reaching the rock tower, Julia is upset when she can't find her friend, thinking she’s failed. Just as she loses hope, Olivia appears, reassuring her that she’s not alone. Julia realizes that, despite her doubts, she was more than capable of handling the challenge and helping her friend, proving that she was, in fact, old enough.

Day after day, they shared one last giggle, Macy would laugh, and Earl’s tail would wiggle. Then one day, he didn’t appear, And Macy missed him, her heart filled with fear. On moving day, she waited and sighed, Hoping to see Earl just one more time. Then, at the window, to her surprise, There was Earl with bright, sparkling eyes! But this time, Earl wasn’t alone— A baby squirrel had joined her, full-grown! Macy gasped with joy, her worry now done, For Earl had found a friend—a little one. With a hug from her mom, Macy laughed with glee, Realizing Earl was a “she!” all along, you see. So they waved goodbye, and Macy felt bright, Knowing her friend would be alright. As they drove away, with a final glance back, She whispered, "Goodbye, my friend, don’t lack." And there on the island, happy and free, Earl the Squirrel lived on, with her new family. Love Gaga

You can try again.” Encouraged by Carly’s words, Ahri trained diligently. On her next attempt, she successfully completed the course, her friends cheering her on. Ahri realized that finding her purpose was about the journey and learning alongside loved ones, knowing she was on the right path to understanding who she was meant to be.
