Arabella is a loveable and curious little girl, busy on life’s journey. In Arabella learns to Meditate, she sees her good friend, Liam, engaged in some strange behaviour in Miss Sparkle’s lounge and is intrigued. Her curiosity takes her on a journey to discover what meditation is about and finds her learning the marvelous practices of meditation, skills which she is hoping to teach her older brother in an attempt to combat their sibling rivalry. The Arabella Series is based on the quote by the Dali Lama “If every eight year old was taught to meditate, we would achieve world peace in one generation” and is written to bring an awareness of energy healing and practices such as meditation to children around the world. It is my vision to create kind and magical role models for children, to light a spark in them that encourages compassion, forgiveness and love.

Decision to Share the Treasure Aero suggests sharing the fruits with the herd. Everyone agrees, and they gather the fruits to bring back. VII. Celebration with the Herd The herd is amazed by the glowing fruits. A joyful celebration ensues with laughter, stories, and a feast. VIII. Conclusion Rambo and Jacko feel proud of their adventure and teamwork. Rambo snuggles with Jacko, declaring it the best adventure ever. The group is remembered as the bravest adventurers in the jungle.

This makes a volcano!” Vika thought about boats bumping—Splash! She could see it in her mind. “When a volcano erupts, hot lava comes out,” Grandma said. “Smoke, rocks, and ash fly in the air. That is why we must be careful.” Vika looked at the volcano near her village. Sometimes she saw smoke. “When the volcano erupts, the hot gas and lava push through a hole on top. This hole is called a crater,” Grandma explained. Vika listened. Grandma was very good at explaining things! “Did you see a volcano erupt, Grandma?” Vika asked. “Yes,” Grandma said. “When I was little, the volcano near our village erupted.” “What did you do?” Vika asked. “We stayed inside and closed all the windows and doors. Then, our village leader told us to move to a safe place.” Vika imagined Grandma walking to a safe village. She looked at the volcano. It was quiet today, but if it started smoking, she would listen to Grandma!
