John Jr's parents seemed pretty receptive to possibly going on a Hot Air Ballon as a family. They told John Jr and Nazut to find out more information. 4. John Jr and Nazut went to the internet. They found a company that wasn't too far from their home. 5. They found out it would cost about $200 per person and would last about an hour. John Jr and Nazut went back and told John Jr's parents and his mom made the reservations. 6. The long awaited day for the hot air balloon arrived and it was beautifully clear. As the pilot inflates the balloon, John Jr and Nazut can feel the heat from the burners and hear them roar. Once balloon was upright everyone boarded the super size basket. The take off was slow. John Jr and Nazut felt a breeze everytime they went to a new altitude. 6. John Jr and Nazut feel weightless as they glide through the air with the wind, traveling at speeds of five to six miles per hour. The 360 degree view was spectacular. Everything below looked so tiny. As the end of the ride approached, John Jr and Nazut thanked the pilot for "a magical experience that' was peaceful, exhilarating, and gentle." 7. The pilot had to keep using the burners to get the balloon to land. Once landed, everyone left the basket. John Jr and Nazut Thanked the pilot for an awesome time.

Mr. Suthie had a reputation for being mean. “We shouldn’t go here,” Sam whispered. “Every place counts,” Meghan said, her voice firm. When Meghan approached the shop’s bulletin board, the door creaked open, and Mr. Suthie appeared. “What are you kids doing?” he barked. Meghan explained nervously. Mr. Suthie frowned but surprised them by saying, “Put it up. Make it neat.” “You’re doing a good thing,” he added, his voice softening. “People don’t care about small things anymore.” The kids were speechless but thanked him before moving on. This book is about a family of four, a mom, a dad and a girl that is 9 and a boy that is 7. The story starts with the dad asking the kids if they remember the day that he got hurt at work. He is sitting on the couch and the children are sitting next to him. He then explains that he was hurt and ended up with a traumatic brain injury which is just a fancy way of saying his brain got hurt and needed time to heal again. He explains different symptoms to the children and that even though he gets mad and sad at times that it is not their fault. He loves them very much and needs them to be strong for their mom. Together they will all heal in time and he is sorry that it gets confusing at times. But he wants them to know he loves them no matter what happens.

this is a story about an author named Mr Thomas who creates and writes a book that took him so many years to create. a little boy named Toby goes to the book shop with his mum to get this book because he has wanted it for so long. Toby's mum buys him the book for him unfortunately Toby didn't take good care of the book so it got torn and wet. one day Mr Thomas decided to host a fair for the children who had gotten the book he created and the gate fee was going to be his neatly preserved book. all the children had to do was to present the book they had bought with no torn pages but neatly preserved. you can imagine the disappointment when Mr Thomas saw Toby's book. Mr Thomas had to express how he felt to Toby and told all the children all what it entailed to create that book.
