Emma laughs and says, "That’s so interesting!" Page 3 They arrive at the old village called Old Wai and see the tall walls. Emma asks, "Why are the walls so thick here?" The teacher replies, "They were built to keep pirates away!" Page 4 The kids see an old well. Alex points and says, "This well was used by villagers for drinking water." Emma looks closely and says, "The well has a metal cover. That’s special!" Page 5 Next, they visit the Tin Hau Temple. Emma is surprised and says, "There are so many statues in the temple!" The teacher explains, "These are the gods that protect the village. We can pray here for blessings." Page 6 In the temple, the kids see two old bronze bells. Emma asks, "What are these bells for?" The teacher says, "People ring the bells to tell the gods and pray for safety." Page 7 Before the trip ends, the kids take pictures on the village path. They agree to come back next time to join the village’s traditional activities and learn more about the culture. Page 8 Back at school, Alex and Emma excitedly share their trip stories. Everyone listens with great interest, looking forward to the day they can explore Lung Yeuk Tau together!

The first day of art class is always exciting, but for many students at Tech Valley Elementary, this year’s start was extra special. They were about to meet Mrs. B, the new art teacher known for her creative spirit and warm heart. As the students walked into Mrs. B’s Creative Studio, they were greeted by a room filled with colorful art supplies, inspiring artwork, and a cheerful atmosphere. Likkle bus is a Jamaican ginger and white cat. he is fat. he is a semi domesticated cat. he loves to sleep outside. In the mornings he would scratch the door for Milton or Sherrian , her owners to open the door for him he would walk down to him feeding pan to check if food was in it. he love to eat Freekies pepples and Jamaican grace frankfurters. After eating he would lay on the mat in front of the 6 burner stove and sleep. He eat 3 times per day. If he is not given food as soon as he reaches his combined dish, he will slightly scratch who ever was walking past him. Sadly Likkle bus got in a fight with a another cat which caused him to be injured badly. He was taken to the vet.
