She lived with her parents in a small cottage, far away from the city, surrounded by a nearby forest, many valleys and green pastures. Esmarelda’s mother had a large vegetable and flower garden in the backyard of their home. There were cows and horses that lived on the green pasture close by. There was a forest too, that was right next to the pasture.

A tiny voice whispered, “Help me!” Luna followed the voice and found a small, shivering star in her garden. The Journey Begins “I fell from the sky,” the star said. “I need to go home!” Luna smiled. “I will help you.” She climbed the tallest tree, but it was not high enough. She jumped on a cloud, but the wind blew her back down. A Magical Idea Luna had an idea! She picked up her kite and tied the star to its tail. She ran as fast as she could. The kite rose, higher and higher, until—whoosh!—the star flew back into the sky. The Happy Ending The star twinkled. “Thank you, Luna!” The sky shone bright again. Luna waved and whispered, “Goodnight, little star.”

Quester tried to interview the monster, but Giggles kept making it laugh with his impersonation of a squeaky toy. They then found the legendary Rubber Duck Island, which was just a soap dish, but they pretended it was a majestic fortress. The family had a bubble fight, with Sparkle twirling and Quill getting hilariously stuck in a soap ring. Quester discovered a “treasure” of bath beads, which she declared to be magical pearls. Giggles tried to juggle them but ended up making everyone slip and slide in a fit of laughter.

She overheard them say they were not ever going to have another pet. They went inside, but the woman kept looking out the window at Stella. Stella looked up at her through the window with sad little eyes. She shivered in the cold. The woman brought her inside, but the man did not want to keep her. Stella won him over, and she was in her forever home. One night, she saw a pink, lanky figure in the distance. As she moved closer, she locked eyes with the skinny little pig. She had yet to realize it, but Stella and Wilbur would go on many adventures together. This was the beginning of a friendship for life!
