1. Elon the CEO of Space X had caught wind that NASA had lost track of an astroid 2. The astroid was named 2007 FT3 3. It's impact is equivalent to 2.6 billion tons of TNT, enough to wipe out a portion of earth 4. It was estimated to strike earth on October 5, 2024 5. Elon had been searching for the astroid before NASA truly lost track of it 6. After quite some time passed, in June 2024, Elon finally spotted the astroid 7. He started following it to figure out how best to save Earth 8. With the help of Space X, Elon devised a plan and an astroid blaster to shoot it out of the sky or to make it into a much smaller astroid 9. They decided that the threat was so imminent that something had to be done quickly 10. Elon and Space X launched their astroid blasters at 2007 FT3 11. The astroid was blasted out of the sky 12. Only a few little astroids hit earth and damage was minimal

**The Lost Firefly** One warm evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon and the sky turned pink, Mimi the cat, Lulu the frog, and Didi the duck relaxed by their favorite pond. They loved this time of day, perfect for catching fireflies. “Let’s see who catches the most!” Didi quacked excitedly. The friends raced around, laughing as they tried to catch the glowing fireflies in the tall grass. But as the night deepened, Mimi noticed a firefly glowing brighter than the others, hovering alone near an old oak tree. “It looks lost,” Lulu said, her eyes wide. “We have to help it!” Didi declared. Determined, the friends followed the little firefly through the forest. It led them over meadows, past creeks, and into the tall trees. The journey was challenging, but they pressed on, eager to reunite the firefly with its family. Finally, they reached a glowing bush filled with other fireflies. The lost firefly zipped into the group, its glow brightening as it reunited with its family. “We did it!” Lulu cheered. The friends sat under the twinkling lights, realizing the best part of their night wasn’t catching fireflies but helping the little one find its way home. From then on, they promised to always help those in need, knowing even small acts of kindness could light up the world.

Once he had finished breakfast Ezra jumped up and said "Pirate 3 eyes, Pirate 1 eye, Pirate smelly pants - its time for a pirate adventure". They drove down to the Thames where their pirate ship was moored next to big ben. They got changed into their pirate outfits and set sail. They sailed for many days through all kinds of weather. Then on day 4 Ezra climbed to the very top of the mast, he got out his golden telescope, and peered through it. In the distance he could see another pirate ship heading towards them. He shouted down to Leo, Mummy and Daddy "Watch out - another pirate ship is coming". The family got ready. Daddy put on a suit of armor. Leo pulled down his pants and wiggled his bottom. Mummy got on a horse. And Ezra launched his drone. As the pirate ship approached they could see it had 20 pirates on board. They all had beards and patches on their eyes. They looked scary. They were also drinking a lot of rum so were quite dizzy. The pirate ship got close and closer. When it was very close Ezra shouted "Sink that ship". The family sprang into action. Ezra launched his drone and flew it into the side of the other pirate ship making a big hole in it. Mummy, riding her horse, jumped onto the other pirate ship and knocked lots of the pirates overboard. Daddy, wearing a suit of armor, swam to the other pirate ship, climbed up the side, and smashed down the sails. And Leo carried on wiggling his naked bottom at them. Soon the other pirate ship began to sink. Ezra shouted "Get the treasure". Ezra, Leo, Mummy and Daddy all climbed onto the pirate ship and grabbed all the treasure. They got a huge treasure chest full of diamonds and crystals, gold coins, gold cups, gold plates, necklaces and bracelets. They jumped back on board their own pirate ship as the other pirate ship sank to the bottom of the sea.

Bert the Bear bounced on his paws. Today was his birthday! He woke up extra early, hoping for a surprise. But the kitchen was quiet. Mama Bear was busy humming a tuneless song, and Papa Bear was already snoring softly by the fireplace. Little sister. Pip, was engrossed in a game of peek a boo with her favorite stuffed bunny. Barnaby sighed. He ate his breakfast alone, a bowl of slightly burnt porridge. At school. his friends greeted him with their usual cheerful hellos, but no birthday wishes. Even his teacher. He trudged home, his little bear heart a bit heavy. He opened the door. expecting the same quiet house. Instead... A roar of "Surprise! erupted! His friends and family jumped out from behind the furniture. all holding a giant. chocolate covered cake decorated with sparkling candles and tiny gummy bears. Mama Bear, Papa Bear. and Pip were beaming, and even Mrs. Honeycomb peeked in from the doorway, waving a small gift bag. Barnaby's eyes widened. "You remembered!" he whispered. his voice choked with happy tears. Mama Bear chuckled. "Of course, we remembered, sleepyhead! We just wanted to make it a really special surprise. We planned this all along! Papa Bear winked. "We even managed to keep it a secret from your little sister - that was the hardest part! That night, surrounded by the warmth of his family and friends. Barnaby blew out his candles, making a wish for lots more secret surprises and many more happy birthdays. It turned out to be the best surprise birthday ever!
