Jesus said to "clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience" John Jr explained humilityto Jade as the ability to consider others before oneself, and it can be defined for kids as being confident without being arrogant, and respecting others while maintaining self-respect. 2. John Jr and Jade thought about Jesus greatest act of humility. Jesus Accepted his fate of being crucified, even though it was the most humiliating and painful way to die. John Jr and Jade thought of ways they could show humility. John Jr and Jade decided they would consider others first, listen to the ideas and perspectives of other people, apologize and give thanks. 2. John Jr and Jade learns that Jesus exemplifies humility, teaching that "whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted" John Jr and Jade understands that humbling themselves before God will allow God to lift them up. John Jr and Jade knows that God frowns at the proud people and favors the humble. They tried to think of ways to be more humble. John Jr and Jade was going to try to Be aware of their shortcomings, strengths, and limitations, Recognize and acknowledge the strengths of others, Be open to learning and adapting from others, .Work towards putting others' needs before their own and Be a good listener and ensure others feel heard and understood around them.

Tuffy was a great dog. he was actually part of the family. Every evening when we ate, he was always sitting beside the table waiting on his portion of the food. He was our friend and adventurer. He would go with Rusty every day and deliver newspapers and always walk Rusty and Lisha to the bus stop. When the bus came home, he came running to walk with us back home. Everyone in the neighborhood loved Tuffy. He would go to the Wertz's house and they would give him snacks. He did this all over the neighborhood. Rusty's parents had a creek in their backyard and Tuffy loved to play in the creek. Tuffy had 2 great dog friends, Flury and Clementine. They woiuld play together for hours. "And complimenting Osh on his drawings?" "Even if they look like scribbles?" Ish giggled. Page 7: "Everyone makes mistakes," Jesus said gently. "But it's important to learn from them and try to be better." Page 8: "So, washing our hands is still important?" Osh asked, wanting to be sure. "Yes," XL chuckled, "We need clean hands and clean hearts!" Page 9: Osh and Ish thought about this. They realized that being kind and choosing kind words was just as important as washing their hands. Page 10: "From now on, I'll try to use my words to make others happy, not sad," Osh declared. Page 11: "Me too!" Ish chimed in. "Let's spread kindness, not germs!" They all laughed. Page 12: As they continued on their journey, Osh and Ish remembered Jesus' lesson. They learned that true cleanliness came from within, and that their words had the power to hurt or to heal.

Along they way, they found a terrible large dog named Yoshi. Aaron and Matara and Yoshi got lost in Eugene and it was scary. Then they found a nice place to sleep. They called the place, Room. Room was nice, but it was small and scary. Room did not want to let them leave. Room got smaller and scarier. Room was full of nightmares. But Aaron and Matara laughed at room. Their laughter broke Room's spell and they escaped. They saved Yoshi from room also, but they didn't really want to. Aaron and Matara will never forget room. And Room will never forget, or forgive, Aaron and Matara.
