Dengan berhati-hati, dia mengambil sehelai daun lebar dan mencelupkannya ke dalam sungai. Kemudian, dia mengibaskan daun basah itu ke arah sarang lebah. Udara sejuk yang terhasil membuat lebah berasa seperti hujan akan turun, lalu mereka segera terbang meninggalkan sarang untuk mencari tempat berlindung. “Cepat, Gomo! Ambillah sedikit madu, tetapi jangan rosakkan sarang mereka,” kata Lilo. Gomo segera menjilat madu yang melekat di bahagian luar sarang, tanpa mengganggu tempat tinggal lebah. Apabila lebah kembali, mereka tidak marah kerana sarang mereka masih utuh. Sejak hari itu, Gomo belajar bahawa mengambil sesuatu dengan bijak lebih baik daripada menggunakan kekuatan semata-mata.
