A tribe of mermaids have been cursed to be mute for life. A powerful sea dragon has cursed them to be mute. One of the young mermaids fights against this injustice to protect the coral reef and fish in her home. She finds out that she is able to sing and eventually gets the dragon to remove the curse, allowing all the mermaids to speak again.
