The short tail gradually turns into something that bothers me. Example: "At first the tail was small and cute. No one cared, and I thought so. But over time the tail turned long, heavy and sharp, eating the fear and anxiety inside me." 2. the growth of anxiety (in the middle) As the tail eats through my experiences and trauma(eg not being able to meet my parents expectations or my parents fighting and almost devours, mom gaslighting me), it gets longer more complicated. Tails cover me or follow me and bully me. There are disturbing figures sprouting from the tail, or the tail tying me up. Example: "The tail remembered all the hurt and trauma I went through. The bullying at school, the fear of failure, and the moments when I couldn't accept myself. All these memories made the tail heavy and long." 3. a confrontation with the tail (the climax) The moment I realize that the tail is part of me. I want to take the tail off, but it's already completely stuck as part of my body. The more I try to get rid of the tail, the stronger it reacts and harasses me. Example: "I tried to pull the tail off. But it was my flesh and bone. I couldn't pull it off, but rather the tail tightened me even more. The more I fought to get rid of the tail, the more and more I was tied to it. Endless Anxiety: A tragic ending with a tail growing endlessly and completely covering me. Example: "I eventually decided to talk to the tail face to face. 'You are a part of me. But I can control you.' At that moment the tail stopped little by little, and became lighter." Or: "The tail grew endlessly. My memory, anxiety, pain couldn't stop the tail. And I ended up being swallowed by the tail."

In the township of Alexandra, there was a city of rats called RatAlex, led by a wise and clever chief rat named Babarat. Babarat was revered for his intelligence and shared stories of survival and adventures with young rats, teaching them important lessons about safety in the human township. He advised them to venture out at night and be cautious of cars. Among the young rats was an adventurous and curious rat named Gundwanyana. One day, driven by curiosity, he ventured out and got lost after being chased by children. He struggled to find his way back to RatAlex, experiencing fear and hunger. He narrowly escaped danger while trying to steal food from a shack and eventually found refuge at the Alexandra stadium. From there, he recalled the way back to RatAlex. On his return journey, Gundwanyana found food in a dustbin and, after eating, finally made his way back to RatAlex. He recounted his harrowing adventure to the other young rats, who admired his bravery and resilience.

Clemente es un niño muy dulce, curioso y amiguero. Todos le dicen Cle. Vive en las Bariloche, Argentina. Ama las montañas, la nieve, el color de las hojas en otoño, los gatos y los perros. It’s all so beautiful.” Lulu nods, “I think slowing down is a waste of time, but now we enjoy so much more.” After slowing down, they enjoy the journey more, realizing that taking their time on the river brings peace and happiness.

Ceyda bu sabah çok heyecanlıydı. Uzun zamandır görmediği arkadaşı Ceren bugün gelecekti. Hemen mutfağa giderek Ceren’in en sevdiği cevizli kekten yapmaya başladı. Keki fırına koyduktan sonra oturma odasına geçti. Oturma odasındaki saksıdaki gül goncalarına uzun uzun baktı. Gül goncalarını büyük bir dikkatle suladı ve yapraklarının üzerindeki tozları nazikçe temizledi. Ceren'in bu hediyeden çok mutlu olacağını düşündü ve yüzünde tatlı bir gülümseme belirdi. Ceyda kapı zilini duydu. Koşarak kapıya gitti ve karşısında Ceren’i gördü. Ceren mutfaktan gelen kokuyu duyunca heyecanla Ceyda’ya döndü ve "Ah, cevizli kek mi yaptın?" dedi. Ceyda gülümseyerek başını salladı. Ceren “O zaman kahveler benden!” dedi ve birlikte mutfağa geçtiler. Ceren cezvenin içine kahveyi ve sütü koydu. İkisi de sütlü şekerli kahve seviyorlardı. Ocağın üzerinde kahveyi güzelce pişirdi ve fincanlara koydu. Ceyda o sırada keki kontrol etti. Pişince fırından çıkardı ve dilimledi. İki arkadaş sohbet ederken tekrardan kapı çaldı. Ceyda kapıya bakmak için kalktı. Karşısında kardeşleri Cem ve Cüneyt’i görünce şaşırdı.

1. John Jr read Genesis 2:8-9 which says "Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." 2. John Jr wanted to explore the tree of Life and tree of knowledge a bit deeper for better understanding. He learned that God wants wants you to grow into a strong tree, nourished by the light of His word. God promised those who follow and trust his way will flourish and prosper. 2. Jesus is the water of life that will nourish and gives us light for all us to grow into a strong person. John Jr decided to delight in the ways of God and to not let Satan decieve him. John Jr started to read more about being a good follower of Jesus. John Jr wanted to bear good fruit and started practicing love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, and faith in his everyday life. John learned wisdom was tree of life and the righteous was its fruit. 3. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge of bad and evil tries to divide human action into Right or Wrong, Good or Evil and Lawful or Unlawful with privileges and punishments for each case. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge is where sin came from. John Jr decided that he was going to obey God's ways better. He decided to not tell lies anymore and to be kind to his neighbor by not picking their flowers and just try to be more righteous. 4. So God wants us to plant vegetables in our garden that will draw us closer to him. John Jr started planting peas, lettuce, squash, turnips and thyme.
